Have you recently had a baby? Are you looking for a way to re-align, re-adjust and embrace this new phase in you and your baby's life?

Postnatal yoga counter acts the effects of stress and allows the body to recharge. This class is designed for new mums to get together and keep up their yoga practice, stay in touch and feel great!

There is no need to find a babysitter, just bring your baby along.
