I'm always delighted to welcome you all to join this final gathering, when we enjoy coming together embracing the spirit of the Festive Season in reflection and promise of unity. Wishing peace on Earth and goodwill to all mankind and to all creatures great and small. 10.15am-12noon on 24/12 guiding you through a joyfully peaceful morning practice followed by warm spiced cordial and festive snacks. A blissful way to begin your Xmas celebrations. As it's usually well attended, online booking will be required to join. Beginners welcome!
