We are now running LIVE Yoga Classes weekly in the Yoga Studio for mums & babies from birth up to 2yrs.

Friday mornings:
10:00am - 11:00 ~ Crawling to 2yrs
11:15am - 12:15 ~ Postnatal
With Sara.

No experience necessary.

2 x six week courses with Sara. For Mum's with baby, from birth to 6 months and from crawling to toddling.

Places will be limited

This course will be focused on healing from the inside out. Nurturing and supporting Mums to re-charge, re-adjust, & positively embrace this new stage of life with baby. We will ease out common aches and pains with a safe and gentle practice using movement, breath and sound to sooth baby and relax mum.

The course is designed for new mums to get together & share the wide range of therapeutic benefits of yoga. Breathing exercises boost energy, calm the nervous system & improves the efficiency of the bodily systems. Relaxation facilitates real rest when tiredness can be overwhelming. Sharing the space and experiences with other Mums and their babies joins us and makes us stronger. OM SHANTI....
