Beginners Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - 8 weekly sessions to transform and enhance your perception of life and explore the nature on 'being' human. Learning techniques to boost energy & immunity through flowing, agile sequences. Great for mental alertness, emotional well-being & fitness.

For people of all genders, ages and abilities, learn an invigorating method of Hatha Yoga that links postures together into a dynamic sequence. Synchronise movement with powerful rhythmic breath and internal locks, which produces intense internal heat and expels toxins & purifies the muscles and organs. The result is a light, flexible body and a calm, quiet mind.

Price per person, per course: £80 (Derekthedog Yoga Centre members & under 16's £45). A deposit of £20 is required to reserve your place.
