Beginners Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Course (8-weeks): with Fran Allen.
Tuesday evenings, suitable for all levels including complete beginners.

Beginners Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Course 8-week course:
Tuesday evenings 5.30pm-7.00pm:
6th November 2018 - 8th January 2019 (includes a 2-week break on 25 Dec & 01 Jan)

The following 8-week courses starts:
15th January - 5th March 2019

And then:
12th March - 30th April 2019
